Nestled at 4500ft, this par 3 golf hole is possibly the world’s most picturesque. Fly, drive and putt… A must do experience for all golfers. Helicopter Access Only. Consider this the ‘19th hole’ - Option to pick up from local golf courses.

Alpine Kitchen & Dirty Nugget Saloon
Visit these delights of yesteryear on New Zealand's smallest high country station. You'll enjoy exclusive access to a restored 1860's Goldminers Cottage, an outside Alpine Kitchen and a historic saloon in keeping of the era. With helicopter access only, this delightful excursion allows you to "time travel" and glimpse a pioneer mining lifestyle. Enjoy the ambience, Pianola and wind-up gramophone whilst your chef prepares your Alpine BBQ luncheon.

This spectacular change in geography and climate is most suited to the helicopter, both from a visual and safety perspective. The magic being; to shut the helicopter down in these remote areas. Best experience of my life. We did the Milford sound flight with a landing in the mountains. Dave was an amazing guide, landing spot in the mountains was fantastic. Most beautiful glaciers I’ve ever seen, and we were right next to them! The helicopter flight was much better than the actual boat ride which was a bit crowded and touristy, but still fun with great views. Make sure to check the weather forecast ahead of time and plan your trip to prioritize the weather for this activity, about 40% of heli flights to Milford Sound are cancelled for weather (50% of plane flights).
