Departing Over The Top fly over a painters’ landscape to a private farm on the beautiful Taiaroa Head near the city of Dunedin. Here our resident farmer will greet you.
The farm and its private beaches are the natural habitat of two of the world most rarest penguins. On the coastline you will encounter breading colony of New Zealand’s fur seals and their pups. Watch them bask on the rocks and swim in the rock pools while you learn about their habits.
Your flight back to Queenstown will take you over orchards, vineyards and the moonscape of Central Otago.

Pickup Information
Either self-drive to our departure lounge at the Queenstown airport where we have ample complimentary parking and aim to be here 20 minutes prior to lift off. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick up 30 minutes from the departure of your heli tour from your Queenstown accommodation.
Book with Confidence
We recommend booking your Queenstown helicopter tour for your earliest available date. If we are unable to fly due to inclement weather, we'll endeavour to 'roll' your reservation over to the next available day. If all rescheduling options are exhausted and you are unable to fly with us due to poor weather, we will offer you a refund on your flight. Outsourced partners for some experiences may have their own cancellation policy.

8 days or more receive a 100% refund
